Elliot was fantastic to work with. I used to be a VT resident but had moved out of state and was renting my home until I sold it. Even with me being out of state, he made the process painless. He was very communicative and open to my ideas as well. He did the leg work when a fire safety inspection was needed and even coordinated everything with my tenants along with being there to let contractors in as needed. I absolutely recommend him to anyone selling their property especially if it is your first time doing so.
