He was out to our place that evening to take a peek, fill us in on their approach to home-selling, and made honest and useful recommendations based on our situation. After the requisite paperwork, Giles had our house listing live that Friday evening. Tapping into his network and using the latest in home-showing tech, which was all super convenient and end-user friendly. Here again this made it such an easy process. We had Eleven showings over the weekend, and four offers by Monday morning. Giles gave us a buzz Monday mid-day, advising us on the route that made the most sense to him, and we were under contract by Monday evening. His direction even went against an offer that would have given a larger portion of the commission to Flex Realty, demonstration that he has your best interests in mind when selling your home, which I thought was genuine pragmatism on his part. Home inspection was uneventful. Here again Giles was a pro intermediary and we addressed the minimal actions that were needed without any fuss, and closing proceeded without a hitch. We have suffered very stressful home buying/selling experiences in the past: bickering agents, multiple inspections, delayed and rescheduled closings, open building permits and un-inspected safety issues, senseless screenshots of persnickety texting arguments, etc. None of that here. Giles filtered out all the micro-updates that one can get buried in in the home buying/selling process, and kept us in the loop for relevant updates and actions that needed our attention. Our journey with Giles was an invigorating reminder of the joy that is tending to your home investment.
