Rochelle is a born and raised Vermonter who joined Flex Realty in 2025 after spending 10 years in public education. She holds a master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and has extensive experience working with diverse communities, which informs her ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all parties involved and to help ensure smooth closings.
 
Rochelle loves Vermont for its natural beauty and strong sense of community, and enjoys being part of helping others find their place here. Outside of work, she can be found practicing yoga, hiking, learning languages, and traveling the world (11 countries and counting!).
